Beset by espionage and incursions due to a scientific breakthrough: using Precursor tech and energy from their black hole to produce metallic cubes that store a tremendous amount of energy.

In Session 1 - The Silvana Situation, Isaac Hammond stole that technology and delivered it to Curtis Winter, leading to beef between Silvana and Redemption.

Session 2 - Ice to Meet You
- As Foxtail makes its way out of the Bane system and out to the edge of the Crimson Anvil, he starts plotting a course. He needs to leave the sector before Silvana catches up to him and before Curtis Winter discovers the files Isaac removed from the research.
- Isaac consults the Silvana documents, hoping he can find somewhere to hide out that also keeps him out of the way of the Unity Defense Corporation, Silvana, and Redemption while still making headway on his Precursor studies.
- After a careful review, he locates a nearby sector by the name of Raven’s Reach. Apparently, there is a Precursor vault there by the name of Phol. Silvana, via Mae Barlowe, made contact with a local Delver called Gavin Slater (Ixion) a few years ago in hopes he could help them survey Phol to help with their research.
Session 1 - The Silvana Situation
- Curtis has people working on the inside in Silvana. They are working in the same lab as Mae Barlowe and have some level of indirect access to the research.
Session 0.5 - New Opportunities With Old Friends
- Curtis fills Isaac in on the basic situation. Silvana is a nearby research station orbiting a black hole. They largely engage in scientific research. Every so often, one of their breakthroughs has a practical application and they license out their technology to the highest bidder.
- As Curtis had mentioned, Silvana is a research station on the outskirts of the sector. They are in orbit around a black hole, which provides them some degree of privacy to get on with their research. Apparently, much of their research centers on energy sources. Denser battery packs for pistols, punchier sublight drives for ships, endless power sources for deep space settlements, that sort of thing.

- In Session 1 - The Silvana Situation, Isaac Hammond - along with a couple ships from Silvana waylaid some UDC ships that were stealing research from Silvana.
Mae Barlowe
- Mae Barlowe is a researcher on Silvana station, reportedly working on applications of Precursor tech for high-density energy storage. She is highly-regarded in delver circles.

- Precursor vault, Phol, has recently become much more active, causing violent tremors and dangerous eruptions. It may be related to recent research being done by Silvana.

- Described in Silvana research documents as eccentric and secretive. They suggest he wants to gather more resources to study Phol.

- A researcher on Silvana who is secretly working for Curtis Winter.
Curtis Winter
- In Session 1 - The Silvana Situation, Isaac delivered to Curtis stolen research from Silvana, providing him significant leverage within his settlement to grow his power.
